Growing up in Floyd County, Georgia, I discovered the beauty of Cherokee County at an early age. For more than 12 years my family and I made this our home away from home. Since 2002, my wife Gloria and I have made it our permanent home. With a background in selling building supplies and as owner of Thacker Construction a custom building and remodeling company it made it an easy transition into real estate some 30 years ago.
I am an active member of the community and currently serve on the Utility Board for the town of Cedar Bluff, member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Etowah/Cherokee Board of REALTORS.
